Whilst we endeavour to do all we can to meet the expectations of our students and their families, we recognise that there may be times when you wish to raise a concern.

In the first instance, parents and carers should raise their concerns with the class teacher, form tutor or other appropriate member of staff either in person, by telephone or in writing. The Academy is committed to responding as quickly as possible to any issues raised i.e. staff will listen to parents' concerns and seek to reach a speedy and satisfactory resolution.

Where a complainant is dissatisfied with the response they receive and wishes to pursue the matter further, they should outline their concerns in writing to the Principal who will investigate the issue further. The Principal may delegate responsibility for any preliminary investigation to the Vice Principal, Scott Cosgrove.
